Our management system complies with ISO 9001 & 14001, OHSAS 18001, the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF) standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. In addition, our vessels are certified under the Green Award program.

VIHB Registration — Waste Transport, Trading & Brokerage (Netherlands)
CIMS GROUP is registered in the Dutch VIHB register, which is required for organisations involved in the transport, trading or brokerage of waste.
This registration confirms that our organisation meets the legal requirements to carry out compliant waste transport and logistics activities within the Netherlands.
OVAM Approval — Waste Transport (Belgium)
Through our OVAM approval, CIMS GROUP is authorised to transport and handle waste within Belgium in accordance with Flemish environmental regulations.
This approval enables us to manage cross-border waste logistics between the Netherlands and Belgium while operating within the applicable regulatory framework.
Green Award — Inland Shipping
CIMS GROUP holds the Green Award certification for inland shipping, an internationally recognised quality mark for vessels that meet enhanced standards in the areas of safety, environmental performance and operational management.
The certification reflects the efforts of shipping companies that invest in responsible vessel operations and contribute to improving sustainability standards within the inland shipping sector.
ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification)
We comply with the ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) system, a globally recognized standard for sustainable sourcing and traceability. It ensures that environmental, social and greenhouse gas criteria are met across our supply chain.
